Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your ToysR account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a prepaid shipping label.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the original garments with all designer tags attached into the original packaging to ensure the items are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the prepaid return label to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized courier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned fashion pieces, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
